Mental Health Provider (Psychiatric PA or PMHNP)

Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services. Our Mission is to "Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective".

We are actively recruiting for passionate Advance Practice Providers (Psych PA or PMHNP) in the greater [geographic region] market who can partner with us to achieve that mission. As a Behavioral Health Provider you will provide psychiatric healthcare services, which may include initial mental health evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, medication management and supportive psychotherapy as you deem clinically appropriate based on your patient's needs.

Hybrid work schedule.
