Pharmacy Tech I: Materials Coordinator Address: Redlands, CA Job Description Coordinate activities in an administrative support function as a pharmacy technician. Ensure national pharmacy technician certification and eligibility for state registration, certification, or licensure. Utilize advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet management. Provide excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal. Handle incoming calls and provide professional assistance through the prior authorization process. Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials. Transfer clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist. Critical Information Scheduled hours: Monday-Thursday 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Friday 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM. This is not a patient-facing role and is onsite as needed. Education/Licenses Needed Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required. National pharmacy technician certification.
