Location: Marion, IN
Job Type: Independent Contractor
A growing inpatient rehabilitation program in north-central Indiana is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Physiatrist to serve as Medical Director for a 15-bed acute rehab unit. This position offers flexibility, clinical leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to shape patient outcomes within a collaborative, well-supported environment.
• Provide oversight and medical direction for a multidisciplinary inpatient rehabilitation team
• Collaborate with the Program Director and therapy staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Support compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and facility policies
• Flexible independent contractor model with strong administrative and clinical support
• Participate in program growth, education, and continuous improvement initiatives
