What is a PM project manager?

PM Project Managers are professionals responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within an organization. They oversee teams, allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and meet the required quality standards. PM Project Managers also communicate with stakeholders, identify and manage risks, and facilitate collaboration among team members. Their goal is to deliver successful projects that align with organizational objectives.

How does a PM project manager typically collaborate with cross-functional teams during a project's lifecycle?

A PM Project Manager plays a central role in facilitating communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, such as engineering, marketing, and finance. They coordinate meetings, track progress, and ensure each team's deliverables align with project goals and timelines.
