About the role

As a Customer Specialist, you provide customers with exceptional shopping experiences. You can empower self-expression by creating authentic connections with customers and helping them discover products they love. Together with the store team, you will support an inclusive store environment where customers feel welcome on their shopping journey.   • Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.

  • Prior retail experience or customer-focused experience

  • Passion for styling and love of working with people

  • Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

  • Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately
