• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health status, needs, and treatment goals.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse adult population, addressing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By leveraging telehealth modalities, therapists can reach clients who may otherwise face barriers to traditional in-person therapy, thereby expanding our community's access to mental health resources.

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and engage effectively with colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to maintain an efficient caseload.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude that is integral to therapeutic relationships.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional record.

• Experience providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care techniques and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Previous involvement in collaborative care models within a mental health setting is a plus.
