Overview

Join the Heritage Home Service Team as a Plumbing Parts Runner at our Auburn, NH location

Are you reliable, organized, and motivated by keeping a team running smoothly? Are you possibly interested in an entry role in the plumbing trade? At Heritage Home Service, we're looking for aย Plumbing Parts Runnerย to play a key behind-the-scenes role in supporting our busy plumbers in the field. You'll be responsible for ensuring that parts and equipment get to the right place at the right time-keeping jobs on schedule and customers happy.

This is not a traditional warehouse job. While some inventory handling is involved, your day will be centered aroundย coordinating with our warehouse team,ย picking up and delivering parts locally, and supporting our plumbers in the field.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver plumbing parts and equipment to technicians at job sites across the service area
  • Pick up urgent parts from local suppliers and vendors as needed
  • Coordinate closely with the warehouse and dispatch teams to prioritize and schedule runs
  • Help check in and stage equipment for upcoming jobs
  • Assist with light warehouse tasks as needed (inventory, organizing stock)
  • Keep detailed records of deliveries and pickups
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the delivery vehicle

What You'll Bring:

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Must be age 21 or over
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move equipment or boxes (up to ~50 lbs)
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to stay on task with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with plumbing or trades-related parts is a plus, but not required
