    • Company pays 50% of monthly medical premiums for employees
    • Paid time off and holidays.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of residential and light commercial plumbing experience.
  • Proficiency with hydro-jetters, sewer cameras/drain equipment, and water heater installs.
  • Strong knowledge of local California plumbing codes.
  • Must own complete personal hand tools.
  • Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Company service truck provided for job routes.
  • Experience with digital dispatching (ServiceTitan experience is a major plus!).
  • Excellent customer communication skills and a professional attitude.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and install standard/tankless water heaters, fixtures, drainage, and repiping.
  • Perform thorough sewer camera inspections and drain cleaning/hydro-jetting.
  • Provide accurate, digital estimates and invoices to customers using ServiceTitan.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service truck.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency service.
