Superior EMP, is a multi-state contractor headquartered in California and specializing in commercial service.  We are seeking a licensed Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) to serve as the RMP and oversee Plumbing operations for a Texas-licensed contractor. This role carries regulatory responsibility for compliance, general supervision and management, and quality of Plumbing work performed under contracts secured under the RMP's license.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) for plumbing operations in Texas
  • Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing laws, Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) rules, and applicable plumbing and building codes
  • Provide technical oversight and direction for plumbing installations, repairs, service work, and projects
  • Review plumbing work for code compliance, quality standards, and industry best practices
  • Support inspections, audits, and regulatory inquiries as required
  • Maintain an active Texas Master Plumber license and Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) designation in good standing

Requirements

  • Active Texas Master Plumber License in good standing with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE)
  • Current Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) designation or ability to obtain the designation and serve as the RMP of record for the company
  • Recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience related to the responsibilities and scope of a Responsible Master Plumber
  • Strong knowledge of Texas Plumbing License Law, TSBPE rules, and applicable plumbing and building codes
  • Ability to provide active general supervision and management of commercial plumbing operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience serving as an RMP, or Plumbing Manager
  • Experience with commercial and/or multi-site Plumbing operations
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid or contractual capacity while providing all supervision and management required of an RMP
