OverviewWho We Are Air Comfort Solutions and Advantage Plumbing, Heating & Air is growing our trenchless sewer rehabilitation division and looking for experienced professionals to join our team. We provide innovative sewer and drain solutions that minimize property disruption while delivering long-lasting results. Position Summary As a Lead Liner Technician, you'll lead CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) lining projects from start to finish, oversee field crews, operate specialized equipment, and ensure high-quality installations. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.Travel is required throughout Oklahoma, including Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Stillwater. What You'll Do
  • Lead trenchless sewer and drain lining installations.
  • Perform pre- and post-installation camera inspections.
  • Clean and prepare pipelines using hydro jetting, root cutting, chain knockers, and other equipment.
  • Measure, prepare, and install CIPP liners according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Operate trenchless equipment, including inversion drums, curing systems, inspection cameras, compressors, and generators.
  • Monitor curing processes and perform quality inspections.
  • Troubleshoot field challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Lead, train, and mentor crew members.
  • Serve as the primary onsite contact for customers and internal teams.
  • Complete job documentation and project updates using ServiceTitan.
  • Maintain trucks, trailers, tools, cameras, and installation equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company safety policies, and industry best practices.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Experience in plumbing, drain cleaning, trenchless sewer rehabilitation, underground utilities, or a related trade.
  • Field leadership experience in construction, plumbing, utilities, or service operations.
  • Experience operating power tools and rehabilitation equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read inspection reports, measurements, and project specifications.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
