Plumbing Helpers assist licensed plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Their responsibilities typically include carrying tools and materials, preparing work areas, cutting pipes, and cleaning up job sites. They may also help assemble pipe sections and fixtures under the supervision of a plumber. This entry-level position provides hands-on experience and is often a stepping stone to becoming a licensed plumber.
