Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Plumbing Technician to join our new/team location. The ideal candidate is a licensed professional with extensive experience in residential and commercial plumbing systems, exceptional troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires technical expertise, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with customers while providing quality workmanship.  This position will require driving to various locations in a company vehicle to our service areas of San Bernardino and Riverside county.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
  • Perform inspections to identify plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Install, repair, and service water heaters, fixtures, piping, drain systems, sewer lines, and related equipment.
  • Accurately troubleshoot plumbing problems and complete repairs efficiently.
  • Explain findings, repair options, and maintenance recommendations clearly to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Complete service reports, invoices, and documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition.
  • Participate in emergency service calls and on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Valid Contractor License required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of plumbing experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
