NOW HIRING - FOREMAN / PROJECT MANAGER
Order A Plumber Inc. | Long Island, NY
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Are you a leader who gets projects done-not someone who waits to be told what to do?
Order A Plumber Inc. is expanding and looking for an experienced Foreman / Project Manager to lead multiple residential developments and commercial plumbing projects. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives under responsibility, leads by example, and consistently delivers results.
Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple plumbing projects simultaneously.
  • Lead and supervise field crews while maintaining productivity and accountability.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, schedules, inspections, and project timelines.
  • Read blueprints and ensure every phase is completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
  • Communicate effectively with company management.
  • Identify problems early and implement solutions without constant supervision.
  • Performs all aspects of plumbing.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential developments and commercial plumbing.
  • Proven experience leading crews and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong blueprint reading and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Valid & clean driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working with minimal to no supervision.
