Plumbing Detailer Downey, CA Our diverse and skilled mechanical team is currently searching for an innovative and hardworking Plumbing Detailer. Candidate must be efficient with AutoCAD, Revit and have over 10 years experience. Responsibilities for Plumbing Detailer: Coordinate with Foreman on Change-orders and make Plumbing Detail changes.

Explain design-intent on AutoCAD drawings. Work with teams and independently as well. Ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements for Plumbing Detailer: Required to know AutoCAD. Journeyman level knowledge of plumbing systems preferred. Must know AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam.

Knowledge of specs, submittals, and RFI's is preferred. High School or equivalent. Preferred: Journeyman level knowledge of plumbing systems preferred.

Knowledge of Plumbing Code is preferred. Stable work history. Local to the Los Angeles Area.
