Job description

Upfront Plumbing Drains Heating and Air is currently hiring for a full-time Customer Service Associate to provide excellent customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks in the Midvale, UT area. This position earns a competitive wage of $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday.

As a Customer Service Associate, you provide support to our plumbers out in the field. You answer inbound calls, texts, and emails. As you interact with clients, you gather information, manage schedules, and process new and existing service requests. Your knowledge of the plumbing industry allows you to provide clear answers to any questions our customers may have. You get great satisfaction from providing excellent customer service and love helping the team from the comfort of your home!
