Performance Objectives 

  • Lead plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring successful completion within stipulated deadlines and quality standards. 
  • Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing client satisfaction through expert solutions. 
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, improving team capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement. 
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations across all projects, maintaining Majestic's commitment to best practices. 
  • Proactively manage client relationships during service delivery, promoting repeat business and referrals through exceptional customer service. 
  • Track and report on project progress and resource utilization to enhance operational efficiency and keep all stakeholders informed.
