Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including fixtures, water heaters, piping, and drains
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication and a friendly attitude
  • Educate customers on plumbing solutions and present service options
  • Accurately document all work performed using mobile software
  • Adhere to plumbing codes and company safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet performance goals

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing service experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and repair techniques
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Professional, punctual, and dependable
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or evenings as needed
  • Plumbing license (preferred but not required)
