Responsibilities
โข Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems efficiently and accurately
โข Educate homeowners on technical findings, recommended solutions, and repair options
โข Perform comprehensive whole-home plumbing safety inspections (60โ90 minutes per visit)
โข Identify and recommend upgrades or preventative improvements, including tankless water heaters, water filtration systems, water quality solutions, and other plumbing enhancements
โข Prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and job documentation using ServiceTitan
โข Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners through clear communication and professional recommendations
โข Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training
Performance Expectations
โข Complete 3โ4 service calls per day
โข Maintain a 70%+ conversion rate on recommended services
โข Conduct thorough whole-home safety inspections on every visit
โข Contribute to membership plan growth and customer retention
โข Maintain a callback rate below 3% through quality workmanship and attention to detail
โข Deliver consistent 5-star customer experiences
โข Build lasting relationships with homeowners through professionalism and trust

Requirements:
- Plumbing license preferred (state-specific)
- 3โ5 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience
- Valid driverโs license
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
