Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled plumber to take on complex residential and/or commercial plumbing projects. This is not a service tech role — we are looking for a seasoned professional capable of working independently, reading blueprints, making technical decisions on the job, and completing high-level installations and repairs with minimal oversight.

Job Description

  • Lead and execute full-scope plumbing installations, repairs, and upgrades
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing codes
  • Diagnose and solve advanced plumbing issues without reliance on scripted protocols
  • Ensure compliance with local and state plumbing codes and regulations
  • Collaborate with contractors, project managers, or clients as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Experienced in both residential and commercial plumbing.
  • Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
  • Installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
  • Must be experienced in new construction plumbing systems, from underground to finish.
  • Must be experienced with commercial plumbing systems.

Job Qualifications

  • Must have full documentation for the right to work.
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on plumbing experience
  • Deep knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Own personal tools – Specialty tools to be provided by company.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for company vehicle use)
  • Must be willing to travel daily through all Southern California, and available to travel further if needed, with prior notice.
  • Must live in LA County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, or Riverside County.
