Job description

Job Title: Journeyman Plumber
Pay Scale: $85,000 to $120,000 per year
Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, nights and weekends availability 
Primary Job Function: Routine maintenance, service, and repair work are performed independently for residential and light commercial work.
Reports to: Company Team Leads

  • Strong plumbing knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to maintain a minimum average ticket of $500- $700

  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
  • Educate customers on repair and replacement options

  • Maintain accurate invoices and job notes
  • Keep company vehicle and tools organized
  • Work efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:
• Residential service and installation experience
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized and proficient of reading blueprints
• Strong knowledge of plumbing
• Willing to work in all types of weather
• Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade
• Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work
