We are looking for an experienced service plumber who wants steady work, strong earning potential, and opportunities for professional growth. COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE • $35 to $45 per hour based on experience • Commission automatically starts at 3% • Commission increases based on revenue and performance KPIs, with the opportunity to earn up to 8% • Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. • Approximately three to four company provided service calls per day • Approximately one week of on call responsibility each month • Overtime opportunities available as additional work comes up • Full time, year round position • Company provided take home service van POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Service Plumber to perform residential and light commercial plumbing service, repair, and replacement work throughout Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. The Service Plumber will diagnose plumbing problems, explain findings to customers, present appropriate repair and replacement options, and complete high quality work. All leads are provided by the company, allowing each plumber to build lasting relationships with customers who become familiar with and trust their technician. We expect honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and professional service without high pressure sales tactics.
