Position Summary

The Plumbing Helper is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to learn the plumbing trade from the ground up. In this position, you will assist a Plumbing Technician with installations, maintenance, inspections, and light repairs. โ€ข Maintain a clean, organized job site and properly inventoried truck
โ€ข Wear floor savers and protect customersโ€™ homes while performing service
โ€ข Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
โ€ข Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
โ€ข Follow all company safety standards and best practices
โ€ข Participate actively in training sessions, morning meetings, and team events
โ€ข Follow the company Code of Ethics and Team Rules
โ€ข Remain safety-conscious on job sites and while driving
โ€ข Travel to training sessions or meetings as required (up to 25โ€“50%)
โ€ข Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

โ€ข Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
โ€ข Ability to work on concrete floors and uneven surfaces for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
โ€ข Ability to work in tight or awkward spaces and carry required tools and equipment
โ€ข Exposure to construction site conditions including noise from power tools and dust/debris
โ€ข Ability to sit for extended periods when required
โ€ข Ability to travel for training and meetings as needed
