Seeking an experienced plumber

Westwood, NJ • $25 - $50 an hour

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, with the ability to handle various tasks related to installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a hands-on approach and the capability to work effectively in diverse environments, including residential and commercial settings.

Duties

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, including but not limited to sinks, toilets, water heaters, boilers, sewers, and water conditioning and filtration systems.
  • Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
  • Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Conduct heavy lifting as required for the installation of plumbing systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Provide clear and effective communication with customers regarding job details and pricing.

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a plumber is preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate revenue on a consistent basis.
  • Detailed understanding of pricing and standards for services provided in this field.
  • Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations.
  • Experience in carpentry, masonry, welding, electrical, HVAC, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
