New Construction Plumbing Apprentice

1-800 Plumber +Air of Cleveland

Location: Greater Cleveland Area

Full-Time | Mondayโ€“Friday + Overtime Opportunities Available

1-800 Plumber +Air of Cleveland is looking for a motivated and hardworking New Construction Plumbing Apprentice to join our growing team.

This role is focused heavily on new construction plumbing projects, and the primary responsibility of this position is assisting the foreman in completing projects on time, within budget, and to company standards.

We are building a company focused on professionalism, speed, communication, and long-term growth. We want employees who take pride in their work and want to grow with the company. Unlike many companies that treat apprentices as just laborers, we actively train and develop our team so they can advance within the company long term.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist foremen and lead plumbers on new construction plumbing projects

Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget

Run water lines and drain lines

Assist with finish plumbing installations

Support rough-in and underground plumbing work

Carry materials and prep tools/equipment

Maintain clean and organized jobsites

Follow safety standards and company procedures

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

What We're Looking For

Plumbing experience preferred but willing to train the right person

6 months to 1+ year experience is a strong plus

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Ability to follow direction and stay organized

Takes pride in clean, quality work

Punctual and dependable

Preferred but not required:

Ability to read blueprints/layouts
