Raleigh, NC | Onsite
Direct Hire | $21–$27/hour+ DOE

Kelly Services is hiring a Parts Counter Sales professional for a growing distribution operation in Raleigh, NC.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience selling or supplying HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, industrial, automotive, or building products who enjoys working directly with contractors, technicians, tradespeople, and walk-in customers.

What You'll Do
  • Sell and provide parts, equipment, and supplies to contractors, technicians, and customers.
  • Identify parts and products based on customer needs, equipment information, or application.
  • Process counter, phone, and walk-in orders accurately.
  • Research parts, substitutions, and product availability.
  • Prepare quotes and assist with pricing.
  • Pull, stage, and coordinate orders with the warehouse team.
  • Process invoices, cash sales, and C.O.D. transactions.
  • Check inventory availability and assist with replenishment.
  • Develop strong relationships with contractors and repeat customers.
  • Maintain accurate product and order information in the computer system.
  • Keep the parts counter and displays organized and properly stocked.
  • Assist with branch operations as needed.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in parts counter sales, inside sales, wholesale distribution, or parts-related operations preferred.
  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, industrial, automotive, or building materials experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to identify parts and understand product applications.
  • Comfortable working with contractors, technicians, and trade professionals.
  • Strong product knowledge and willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer and order-entry skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented.

Compensation & Schedule
$21–$27 per hour, depending on experience
Direct Hire
Full-Time
Monday–Friday | 8-hour shift | Flexible between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
100% Onsite – Raleigh, NC
