Job description

A leading provider of comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions, committed to delivering high-quality services across various industries, is looking to bring on a Commercial Service Plumber for 1st shift, 7am to 3:30pm.
The Commercial Service Plumber will be based out of our client's headquarters in Lititz, PA, and will join the Commercial Services Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent our client professionally in customer businesses, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of commercial plumbing systems and fixtures, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Diagnose plumbing issues, identify necessary repairs, and implement solutions effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues before they become major problems.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while being an integral part of a supportive team.
Key Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing service.
- An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
- Strong commitment to quality and a drive to complete tasks correctly the first time.
- Lifelong learner with a passion for continuous improvement in the trade.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- A Journeyman's or Master's License is a plus.
- Proficiency in using technology, including working with an iPad and composing professional emails.
