Position Summary

Carter's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and replacing residential plumbing systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping customers, and wants to be part of a company that values teamwork and professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
  • Perform plumbing service, maintenance, and replacement work
  • Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, sump pumps, water lines, drain lines, and sewer components
  • Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
  • Educate customers on their plumbing systems and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate job notes and documentation
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and meets local code requirements
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times

Qualifications
