Job description

The Work:

As a PowerApps SME, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing advanced solutions using PowerApps, with a particular focus on building model-driven applications and architecting Dataverse environments. You will be responsible for leading solutioning discussions with clients, ensuring that their business needs are met through innovative automation and modernization strategies. Your day-to-day work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance to fellow developers, and driving the successful implementation of Power Platform solutions. You will also be expected to demonstrate strong executive presence, effectively communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities include:

Develop and implement PowerBI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and architecture for data visualization and reporting

Create and manage Power Automate workflows to drive automation and process improvement Facilitate solutioning discussions with clients, demonstrating strong executive presence

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers on the team

Collaborate effectively as a team player, fostering a supportive and innovative environment

Drive modernization initiatives and encourage creative thinking within the team.

Develop custom C# Dataverse plug-ins for application extensibility Develop PCF controls and front-end frameworks using JavaScript or TypeScript to extend form processing behaviors.

Lead the design and development of PowerApps solutions, including model-driven applications

Architect and set up Dataverse environments to support business needs Develop and use CI/CD pipelines through either PowerApps Pipelines or Azure DevOps pipelines.

Here's What You Need:

Hands-on experience with PowerApps development, Power Automate and PowerBI architecture.

Familiarity with setting up and optimizing Dataverse, as well as a proven ability to architect scalable and secure solutions

Exposure to process automation, data integration, and creative problem-solving

Familiarity with the PAC CLI and its use in environment and solution management.

Familiarity with the Power Platform Admin Center to manage environments.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps branching, merging and related SDLC tools related to the Power Platform.

Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900), Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), and Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600) certifications
