What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, and equipment adjustments
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC issues
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance needs
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history
  • Assist with equipment installations, modifications, testing, and startup activities
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve equipment reliability and performance
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements
  • Support plant shutdowns, changeovers, and special projects as needed
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
  • Follow all safety, food safety, quality, and environmental procedures
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, food production, or similar environments

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Working knowledge of:- Mechanical systems

    • Electrical systems
    • Hydraulics
    • Pneumatics
    • HVAC systems
  • Ability to read and interpret:- Blueprints

    • Wiring diagrams
    • Schematics
    • Technical manuals
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and diagnostic equipment

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical degree, apprenticeship, or vocational training in:- Maintenance

    • Mechatronics

    • Related fields
  • Experience with:- PLCs

    • Automation systems
    • Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
    • Robotics
    • Industrial controls
  • Skilled trade certifications (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Welding, etc.)

  • Food manufacturing experience

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

Physical Requirements
  • Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and climb throughout the shift
  • Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces when required
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
