Job Title: Lead QA Engineer

Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Onsite 5 days) Locals only

Primary Skill: JavaScript, Manual Testing, TypeScript

Job Description:

·       We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in test automation using Playwright.

·       The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and driving QA best practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript).

·       Migrate Selenium Scripts to Playwright.

·       Automate UI and API test cases for web applications.

·       Collaborate with QA teams to understand requirements.

·       Perform end-to-end testing, regression testing, and integration testing.

·       Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).

·       Ensure test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency.

·       Analyze test results, identify defects, and track them to closure.

·       Mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices.

·       Contribute to test strategy, planning, and estimation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       5+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA Automation.

·       Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.

·       Proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript.

·       Experience with both manual and automation testing in REST, Angular web application

·       Experience on TOSCA tool for Automation

·       Experience automating API tests using Ready API or any other tools.

·       Knowledge on AWS components, Lambda functions, Kubernetes, container-based deployments

·       Experience working with Test Management tools like JIRA and Qtest

·       Experience working in an agile environment

·       Exposure to testing in healthcare industry

·       Strong communication skills

·       Experience working with CI/CD tool

·       Experience in building automation frameworks
