Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior SDET to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation solutions across Web, Mobile, API, and Database applications. The candidate will build and maintain automation frameworks, support in-sprint automation, and integrate automated testing with CI/CD and test management tools.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and automated test scripts.
  • Perform in-sprint test automation at UI, API, and Database levels.
  • Build automated tests using JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Work with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or WebdriverIO.
  • Integrate automation suites with CI/CD tools, including GitLab CI and Jenkins.
  • Integrate automated testing with test management tools such as Xray and TestRail.
  • Implement test data strategies, mocking, and stubbing where required.
  • Work closely with Product, Development, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Participate in defect tracking, defect analysis, and application log analysis.
  • Develop and manage containerized test environments using Docker.
  • Utilize cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform for scalable and distributed test execution.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, sprint planning, grooming sessions, sprint reviews, and customer calls.
  • Create automation test reports, quality metrics, test progress reports, and summary reports.
  • Identify project risks and quality deviations and communicate them to stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts.
  • Experience with API, Database, and UI automation.
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, or WebdriverIO.
  • Experience integrating with Xray or TestRail.
  • Strong Functional and Product Testing experience.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
