Location: Washington, DC (5 days onsite) Clearance Required: Top Secret Top Skills Python

Testing experience with anything Automation The ideal candidate will be a junior to mid-level professional with strong Python skills, a solid understanding of software testing and automation concepts, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python-based frameworks.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to clarify requirements and ensure complete and traceable test coverage.
Execute both automated and manual testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
Investigate, document, and track defects and assist with root-cause analysis and remediation.
Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders.
Help improve QA processes, automation tools, standards, and documentation.
Assist with integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to improve software quality and delivery efficiency. Required Qualifications Active Top Secret clearance required to start.
Bachelor's degree.
2+ years of Python development experience.
Advanced proficiency in Python, including the ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Foundational knowledge of software testing principles, QA methodologies, and test automation concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work 100% onsite in Washington, DC. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Playwright for browser-based automated testing.
Experience or familiarity with CI/CD tools such as:

Similar CI/CD platforms
