Job Summary

The Construction Crew and Installer is a pivotal team member, making the client’s vision a reality. They support the Head of Construction and Construction Manager while collaboratively building the inclusive, innovative play spaces that give opportunities for all ages and abilities to play together.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare the site for construction
  • Load, unload, and move building materials
  • Operate skid steer and excavator
  • Operate hand and power tools
  • Construct and install site amenities and play structures
  • Identify and resolve problems on the job site
  • Collaborate with construction manager and construction crew members to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Adhere to legal regulations, safety codes, and follow all safety protocols
  • Assist head of construction and construction manager with projects as needed
