Job description

Hours 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with 30 minute unpaid break.  This is a part-time year-round position.  Montessori experience is preferred, but not required.

Applicants will need to:

  • Have the ability to work and communicate respectfully with children, colleagues, and families
  • Physically engage with children - this will include getting up and down off the floor, particularly with our younger children.
  • Enjoy working with children on a variety of activities in the classroom and on the playground, and in supportive roles on hikes or field trips with our older students
  • Be willing to learn and follow directions relative to Montessori principles.
