A golf course courtesy attendant (or golf services/outside services attendant) creates a great guest experience by greeting golfers, managing golf carts (staging, cleaning, refueling), assisting with equipment, controlling pace of play as a starter, handling basic payments, enforcing rules, cleaning the course/range, and maintaining a friendly, professional presence. They are crucial for smooth operations, ensuring carts are ready and golfers are directed efficiently from the first tee.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cart Management: Stage, clean, refuel, wash, and return golf carts; ensure adequate supply.
  • Pace of Play/Starting: Act as a starter, direct players, manage tee times, and monitor play for smooth flow.
