OVERVIEW:

Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for ourcustomers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and executionstandards, and ability to prioritize.

  • Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and supporttheir shopping experience.

  • Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floorsets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishmentstandards, etc.

  • Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).

  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standardoperating procedures.

  • Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.

  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feelswelcome, safe, and is treated with respect.

  • Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.

  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to25 times per hour).

  • Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking. Ability to workat heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
