Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Plastic Surgery Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing surgical and aesthetic practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastic and reconstructive surgery, aesthetic procedures, and perioperative patient management. This role involves providing direct patient care, assisting in surgeries, and supporting both pre- and post-operative care to ensure the highest quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive pre- and post-operative patient evaluations and follow-up visits.

  • Assist the plastic surgeon in the operating room and clinical procedures as needed.

  • Develop individualized care and treatment plans in collaboration with the surgical team.

  • Provide patient education on procedures, recovery expectations, and ongoing care.

  • Monitor patient progress, manage wound care, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems efficiently.

  • Participate in quality improvement and practice growth initiatives.


Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

  • Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Board Certification (AANP or ANCC).

  • Active state license 

  • Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine prefered

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
