About Us:
ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery Specialists of Shady Grove is a fully independent otolaryngology provider in Rockville, Maryland, with a 43-year history dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our community. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate General Otolaryngology Physician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact in a patient-centered environment while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work culture.

Position Overview:
As a General Otolaryngology Physician at ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery Specialists of Shady Grove, you will provide comprehensive diagnostic, medical, and surgical care for patients with conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and will be comfortable managing a wide range of general ENT conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of common and complex ear, nose, and throat conditions.

  • Perform surgeries as needed, including endoscopic sinus surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery, and more.

  • Consult with patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and post-operative care.

  • Collaborate with other specialists and medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Participate in on-call rotations for our practice.

  • Stay current with advancements in the field through continuing education.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology.

  • Active, unrestricted medical license in Maryland.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Experience in general otolaryngology is preferred, but new graduates are also welcome to apply.
