Process Technician – Injection Molding

Location: Addison, MI
Shift: 2nd Shift
Pay: $20–$22/hour, based on experience

Position Overview

A growing plastics manufacturing company in Addison, MI is seeking an experienced Process Technician to join its 2nd shift team. This is a hands-on position for someone with strong plastics manufacturing experience who can set up, monitor, and troubleshoot injection molding equipment.

The ideal candidate will have proven injection molding setup experience and the technical ability to quickly diagnose and correct equipment or process issues when something is not running properly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and start injection molding machines and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot machinery, processing issues, and quality problems.
  • Make process adjustments to maintain consistent production and product quality.
  • Monitor machine performance and identify issues before they impact production.
  • Perform mold changes, machine setups, and process startups.
  • Work with production and maintenance teams to resolve equipment and processing issues.
  • Maintain proper process parameters and ensure production standards are met.
