Job description

Production Operator – Injection Molding & Assembly | 2nd Shift
Loves Park, IL | Full-Time | $17.00+/Hour
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM | Overtime Available

Our 2nd shift team is growing, and we're looking for people with experience in manufacturing, plastic molding, production lines, assembly, or packaging.
You'll work alongside 4–6 injection molding machines with different production cycles.

The machines make the parts. You keep production moving.
No machine setup or maintenance. Equipment concerns are reported to your supervisor.
This is light-lifting, physically active production work.

Injection molding experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided.

  • MONITOR machine cycles and collect produced parts
  • INSPECT parts for quality
  • ASSEMBLE, LABEL & PACKAGE finished products
  • REPORT machine or quality concerns
  • KEEP your work area and walkways safe

What You'll Do

  • MOVE between multiple machines throughout an 8-hour shift
  • BEND & REACH to retrieve parts
  • WORK quickly and accurately with your hands
  • JUGGLE multiple production cycles
  • LIFT up to 20 lbs. as needed
  • WORK SAFELY in an active manufacturing environment
