Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Plastic Injection Molding Technician and/or Operator to join our manufacturing team in Cumberland County, New Jersey. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in plastic injection molding or individuals eager to learn in a fast-paced production environment. The successful candidate will help ensure efficient machine operation, quality production, and a safe workplace.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
• Set up, operate, and monitor plastic injection molding machines.
• Perform mold changes and machine adjustments as needed (Technician role).
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot basic machine and process issues.
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with material handling and maintain adequate resin supplies.
• Keep work areas clean and organized while following safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in plastic injection molding or manufacturing is a must.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work overtime or flexible shifts when needed.
