Key Responsibilities

  • Own the endtoend recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand business needs, define position requirements, and develop clear, effective job postings and descriptions.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve recruiting tools, templates, and processes to support consistent, fair, and effective hiring practices.
  • Proactively source, assess, and engage candidates using multiple channels, including passive sourcing strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a professional, transparent, and positive candidate experience.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate pipeline health; use data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Support workforce planning and talent pipeline initiatives in partnership with HR and business leaders.
  • Provide guidance to the hiring managers on interviewing best practices, selection decisions, and offer strategy within established guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance within the applicant tracking system and related recruiting processes.
  • Contribute to recruiting projects, process enhancements, and cross functional HR initiatives as needed.
  • Provide administrative and operational support across a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and offboarding activities.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions across different job families and stakeholders preferred.
