Responsible for building and equipment maintenance Description of the job offer: Reporting to the general management, the person responsible for the maintenance of buildings and equipment ensures the corrective and preventive maintenance of the establishment (phases I and II). Main tasks : Execute and complete the work orders assigned to him under the preventive maintenance program Establish a schedule of work taking into account the priorities Keep the preventive maintenance program up to date by creating new work orders when necessary, attaching work invoices to the entities concerned (labour, material, etc.) Manage ad hoc requests from employees or residents according to their priority Document findings, effects and consequences and propose solutions to management Manage emergencies in the absence of the general management, by contacting the suppliers concerned to report the situation to them and schedule a visit date.
