Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay Based on Experience


Kaminski Construction is hiring an experienced Skilled Plasterer to support residential and commercial repair and renovation projects throughout the Eugene area. We are seeking a dependable tradesperson with experience in plastering, stucco, masonry, drywall finishing, and related finish work who takes pride in producing high-quality craftsmanship.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform plastering, stucco, masonry, drywall finishing, and tile-related work on residential and commercial projects
  • Complete repairs and renovations in compliance with applicable building codes
  • Read and interpret blueprints, project drawings, and diagrams
  • Coordinate tasks with other trades and team members on active job sites
  • Assist with project planning and work scheduling as needed
  • Maintain safe, organized, and clean work areas throughout each project
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of plastering and/or masonry experience in residential or commercial construction
  • Ability to apply professional-quality finishes and detailed craftsmanship
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and construction diagrams
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance and job documentation practices
  • Valid driver's license required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of multiple construction trades within residential remodeling or renovation
