POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Maintenance Worker to join our maintenance team.
Schedule: Permanent, day shift position.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • All other related tasks
  • Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
  • Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
  • Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
  • Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
  • Taking out the trash
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
  • High school diploma (SSD)
  • Knowledge of seniors’ residences, a major asset
