    What You’ll Do

    As a 2nd Shift Plant Operator, you will support the production of specialty metal materials by operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment in a controlled industrial setting.

    Responsibilities include:

    Operating and adjusting metal processing equipment

    Monitoring production runs to ensure quality and efficiency

    Recording output, downtime, and quality data

    Inspecting finished materials to ensure specifications are met

    Troubleshooting equipment or process issues and escalating when needed

    Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards

    Second shift operators play a critical role in maintaining continuous production and ensuring next-day operational readiness.
