Job Summary and Qualifications

The Plant Operations Coordinator is responsible for the daily clerical operations of the Plant Operations department. Under the supervision of the Director, you will perform a variety of administrative duties, including payroll functions, accounting reconciliation, organization of regulatory documents, and maintenance of policies/procedures. The Plant Operations Coordinator serves as the department subject matter expert for HCA Healthcareโ€™s computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and compliance program, which facilitates scheduling PMs, work order management and vendor management. The Plant Operations Coordinator shall also be responsible for supplies and parts management.
