What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate a Concrete Batch Plant and load ready-mix trucks to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in good operating condition.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and teammates to ensure efficient and accurate deliveries.
  • Maintain adherence to safety procedures at all times.
  • Assist with routine Plant cleaning and minor maintenance activities.
