ABOUT THE ROLE
The Plant Administrator is a key member of the fleet maintenance team, supporting data management and system reporting. The Plant  Administrator will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure best practices are followed. The Plant Administrator will effectively manage and process the administrative functions for the Maintenance department and will assist with other office tasks. 
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
   Vendor invoicing and control of purchase orders for Maintenance
   Tracking tire and chiping cost and control of both accounts
   CATs time entry of work orders
   Control of department vacations and time off requests
   Ordering and cost control of lubricants for all RMX locations in LA
   Acts as back up for Administratve Plant Assistants

   Assist in warehouse stocking and receiving of orders as they come in

   Other duties as assigned

    Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education:  High school diploma or equivalent  
Additional Education Preferred:  Associate's degree
Required Work Experience:  3-5 year
 Additional Requirements:  

   Ability to work various hours including weekends and nights.
   Excellent math skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rates, rations and percentages.
   Detailed oriented
   Able to prioritize work
   Valid Driver's License, Clean Driving Record
   Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
