How you will contribute
You will:
  • Utilize JDA/Blue Yonder to support Target's planogram (POG) development aligning with identified strategies, objectives and merchandizing standards
  • Analyze planograms for sales and inventory productivity making recommendations to optimize the planograms accounting for guest experience, merchandise strategy, visual considerations and executional efficiencies
  • Identify localization opportunities and potential sales impact
  • Recognize drivers of in-store performance, shelf layout, assortment, promotion and pricing, hot zone etc.
  • Manage sample requests with cross functional team to ensure on time delivery
  • Support category management team with in-office planogram build
  • Attend meetings with business partners providing space planning expertise
  • Support category management team with ad-hoc analytics and projects

What you will bring
  • 2+ Years of Space/POG Analytics
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or work equivalence required
  • Strong JDA/Blue Yonder Space Planning skills
  • Visual Merchandising skills with the flexibility to adapt to Shopper behavior variations across categories and geographies
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; providing insights that will address business challenges
  • Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results
  • Experience in using retailer data, panel/POS syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen, Numerator, etc.), consumer insights and analytics to develop compelling retail customer plans ideally in the FMCG/CPG industry
  • High proficiency in base business tools (Excel/PowerPoint), with in-depth knowledge in analyzing and creating visualizations of large amounts of data
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of Category Management 4 P's
  • Strong knowledge of retail environment
  • Target experience a plus

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $86,900 to $119,515; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
