This role will work directly with cross-functional team members to address any issues related to the planogram building process. This role will analyze planograms for sales, profitability and inventory productivity, and make recommendations to optimize the planograms bearing in mind trade-offs for customer experience, store labor efficiencies, merchandise strategy and visual considerations. Key Responsibilities:
- 60% Evaluate and develop optimized space strategies working closely with merchandising, visual team, and inventory planning. Translate assortments and strategies into store specific planograms based on store specific fixture needs. Develop planograms that meet THD merchandising standards, best practices and satisfy merchandising safety standards. Ensure the accuracy of planograms conducting quality checks against assortment listings and store data.
- 15% Analyze planograms and make recommendations to optimize planograms, improve functionality (customer experience as well as store operations) and financial performance.
- 10% Attend weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to participate in business discussions and provide space planning expertise, contributing to strategic merchandising plans for the business.
- 10% Capture bays as set in the Innovation Center, conduct space diagnostics and analyze planograms based on sales, profitability and inventory productivity.
- 5% Address deficiencies that arise from pre-walks or execution, in a timely manner and in accordance with defined SLA. Supports other tasks and duties as business needs dictate.
